The Compensation Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, communication, operations, monitoring, and ongoing management of all Client compensation programs. This role ensures effective and efficient daily operations, compliance with regulatory requirements and high levels of service to employee customers and operations are compliant with Federal/state laws and regulations. The Comp
