Supervise production team and report to the Resin Operations Manager, you will work to mentor safety, quality and productivity of teams to ensure goals are met through the development of and adherence to standardized work. Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms of safety, qualit
