You are responsible for planning, coordination, and direction of land surveying, civil engineering, and utility locating projects. The Civil Engineer will lead and oversee designated projects, striving to complete projects within agreed budgets and timelines. The Civil Engineer performs and/or coordinates all aspects of civil engineering projects, both in the field and in the office, including pre
