Immediate contract opportunity for an IT Help Desk (Level 1 and 2 Support) Technician with direct client in New York City. The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for recording the details of reported IT service issues and service requests, providing expert level, hardware and application support to end-user, and working to either restore service as quickly as possible, or alerting and/or escal
