Current support hours are 8 am – 6pm Eastern Time (ET); 9/80 Working Schedule. Some overtime hours required. Description: Inputs and processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contract and other information. Distributes order sheets to respective departments. Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shi
