The person in this role will report directly to the ministry's human resource executive. The HRBP is a trusted partner and consultant to various direct client management teams in the ministry. This position will also be the key SME for key functions of human resources, ie. Compensation, L&D, etc., to enable a high-performing workforce, you will collaborate with leaders to drive cultural initiative
