JOB TITLE: IICAPS Mental Health Counselor DEPARTMENT: Community and Home-Based Services SUPERVISED BY: Director of Community and Home-Based Services or a designee. JOB SUMMARY: As part of a team, provides in-home mental health services to children in a variety of settings. Supports Clinician in providing an array of interventions including therapy, crisis response, intensive case management, consu
