Job description PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will oversee Barasch & McGarry’s Operational Processes within the Claims Department. The Operations Manager will oversee a team of Claim Administrators and Team Managers, exercise independent judgment in identifying problems, offer solutions, and formulate and implement new procedures for the smooth
