Sign-on Bonus: $2000 Full-time position to coordinate and provide care to behavioral health patients on an Assertive Community Treatment team. This person may call-in prescription orders, monitor medication and supplies, distribute medications, ensure proper linkages to resources, schedule, room patients and perform patient checks, and patient education. The person in this position is responsible
