Looking for a Customer Satisfaction Engineer/ Quality Resident. This position is responsible for supporting the customer on site working as a liaison and first point of contact to assist mitigating risks and addressing quality concerns. Provides information relevant to New Products & New processes. Voice of the customer. Provide suggestions / solution plan to internal functions for customer proble
