Job Description Serves as subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of IT management, mission driven IT governance and Federal IT portfolio management. Expert knowledge of federal policies for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), including Technology Business Management (TBM) and EPLC requirements to support NIH's IT Investment Portfolio and ensure ongoing compliance with GAO
