MAJOR FUNCTION: Plan, design and oversee the installation and operations of network services for the Network. Collaborates with the Technology Director for planning and growth strategies. Manage all telephony and AV systems for the Network, including remote locations (IP and traditional PBX). QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering preferr
